Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are packed with care and shipped from our studio in Naarm/ Melbourne. We’re a tiny business (with day jobs and toddlers!) so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be fulfilled. 
Orders are usually dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

We post all orders through Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Please note, we don't send out orders on weekends and public holidays. 
We don't offer express shipping at this time but If you need something in a hurry, please reach out by email at hello@friendlyartmart.com.au and we'll do our best to accommodate you.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEES

All Australian orders over $150 will receive free standard shipping. For orders under $150, a flat fee of $8 will be applied at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES

We ship to New Zealand, Europe, Canada and Asia via Australia Post for a flat rate of $30 AUD. International orders are shipped once a week on Fridays. International delivery times will vary based on Country. 

Customs policies and import duties vary between countries. Duties or taxes may apply to your order which aren't included in the shipping cost. 
Please check with your local customs office to confirm any additional charges that may apply. 

Due to the US executive order 14324, shipping to the United States of America and Puerto Rico is not available until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your product for any reason. We're happy to arrange an exchange of products for store credit within 14 days of arrival.
All goods must be returned in their original, unused condition (basically good as new for resale) before we can process an exchange.
All postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note, personalised orders cannot be exchanged or refunded due to their unique nature. Please check spelling carefully to avoid potential mishaps. If you're unsure if a custom name will work and would like to see a proof of the design before committing, please reach out at hello@friendlyartmart.com.au and we'll be happy to chat.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Fingers crossed this doesn't happen but if you receive damaged or faulty goods, please let us know via email at hello@friendlyartmart.com.au
Please provide your order number and clear images of the damage or fault and we'll provide a full refund upon return of the goods.
